Lynn’s experience healing her own injuries has helped to mold her practice style and gives her insight and compassion for her clients seeking relief from aches and pain. Additionally, the physical demands inherent in providing bodywork have taught her the importance of regular exercise and stretching to maintain the health and vitality of the body. She strongly encourages her clients to stay active in ways that support their bodies and speed recovery from any injuries.
