Wholistic Nutrition I & II Weekend Workshops (Boise)
Lunch and snacks provided both days, both weekends. As part of the Wholistic Nutrition Program curriculum, these classes are also open to the public and serve as great refreshers for working practitioners as well as the layperson who wants to learn more about whole foods nutrition for themselves and their families. The course emphasizes the importance of wholistic versus reductionist approach and draws from both Eastern (TCM) and Western traditions to provide the student with a holistic view on eating for lasting health and vitality.
Return to Kidney Qigong (Boise)
Develop greater kinesthetic awareness, strength, balance, and focus. Students learn several forms each with specific skills and benefits throughout the program.
Classes begin on Friday, November 12th, 2010 and end March 25th, 2011 and will be held on the following Fridays:
November 12th & 19th, December 3rd & 10th, January 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th, February 4th, 11th, & 25th, March 4th, 18th & 25th.
