How do you evaluate the appropriate wholistic dietary approaches to manage weight loss? How do you most effectively meet the nutritional needs of athletes and other special populations?
This is an information packed class that answers the above questions and more from the perspective of Western wholistic nutrition and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nutrition strategies. The class is fast-paced and provides the practitioner with effective tools to support the needs of their clients. A required class for Wholistic Nutrition Program students at The Wellspring School, this class is also a great addition to the toolkit of existing wholistic healthcare practitioners working with clients in the area of nutrition, or public participants looking to deepen their understanding of nutrition in relationship to certain health conditions.
