Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais often said: “It’s all about the pelvis!” Do you move your pelvis efficiently? Many of us walk with very little rolling motion in our hips. This affects the flexibility of our lower back, hips, knees and ankles. Although a hip, knee or ankle replacement surgery or an operation to fuse vertebrae near worn out discs could give us a new lease on life, what if we avoided the need for those surgeries?

Join Susan for this three-hour workshop and discover and practice how to more efficiently and pleasurably roll in your hip joints. Learn to move with a more youthful wiggle!

Wear comfortable, clothing you can move easily in. Layers are recommended as you may warm up over the course of the workshop.

Please bring your own mat or blanket to layer on top of the classroom’s yoga blankets.

Healthy snacks will be provided by Certified Wholistic Nutritionist and graduate of The Wellspring School, Mary Wilson!
