Each week we will explore different methods of meditation and relaxation techniques. Giving you the opportunity to discover the tools that work best to quiet your mind! We will cover Japa meditation, progressive relaxation, chanting, imagery, sound baths and more. Come join us and feel the ease! We guarantee that at the end of each class you will leave feeling great.
