T’ai Chi Chuan is a Taoist form of exercise and active meditation. It is studied for the development of sensitivity, increasing levels of awareness, strength and stamina, correct physical posture and alignment, as well as the increased flow within and control of the practitioner’s Energy system. Through the practice of the Tai Chi Chuan form, including exercises in breathing, sensitivity, push hands, concentration and meditation, the practitioner facilitates the goal of self awareness & energy development.

Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing suitable for light stretching and easy movement.
