With the New Year fast approaching, we are pleased to present a line-up of excellent community classes to help make 2013 a healthy, balanced and successful year.

Here are just three upcoming highlights:
Beginning January 10th: 1000 Hands Buddha & 8 Treasures Qigong
Instructor: Jennie King
In this ongoing series of weekly classes, Jennie King will fuse two complementing qigong styles. Eight Treasures is the antidote to seated meditations and an excellent yang compliment to the yin nature of 1,000 Hands Buddha.
January 14th & 21st: Herbal First Aid: Colds & Flu
Instructors: Rylen Feeney & Michael Guida
Eligible for 4 CEU’s
Learn how to strengthen you immune system and prevent colds and the flu wholistically. Review what natural remedies to use if you do get sick. Michael and Rylen will co-teach over the two, consecutive Monday evenings and promise an information packed class to help keep you well during the cold winter season and beyond!
February 10th: The Ultimate Thyroid Seminar

We welcome Dr. Gaeta back for another wonderful class on understanding and treating Thyroid conditions. The class will be held as a live, interactive teleclass. Open to all health care practitioners. Dr. Michael Gaeta is a distinguished educator, clinician, writer and publisher in the field of natural healthcare.
