Oct. 8: Experience Breema Open House

We look forward to hosting a free Experience Breema open house on Wednesday, October 8, from 6-8 pm, so that you can find out about and experience Breema: The Art of Being Present.

Come and receive a Breema mini-session, experience the nourishing and energizing effect of Self-Breema exercises and Breema bodywork, and discover how the Nine Principles of Harmony can support you in any activity or condition of life.

The evening will consist of an introductory class from 6:30-7:30 pm with the opportunity to receive a short bodywork session from 6:00-6:30 pm or from 7:00-7:30 pm. Call or email to secure your session, or just drop in. Feel free to invite anyone you think might be interested and benefit. Click here for a link to more information and registration.

This Open House provides a taste of what you can experience during the weekend workshop on November 1-2, taught by Jon Schreiber, DC, director of the Breema Center and Breema Clinic.

Breema: The Art of Being Present

Breema helps establish a tangible body-mind connection that increases our receptivity and availability to be present and fully participate in whatever activity we are doing.

In the hands-on weekend workshop, you will learn and practice Self-Breema exercises and Breema bodywork in an accepting, nonjudgmental, and alive atmosphere, and explore how the universal principles can support harmony and greater receptivity moment by moment. An Experience Breema Evening on Friday, October 31, from 7-9pm (where Jon Schreiber will be presenting) precedes the workshop.
No bodywork experience is needed, but please be comfortable sitting and working on a padded floor. 12 hours CE available for LMTs.

Click here to see the workshop details and to sign up. Discount for early registration by October 7.
