Whole Foods Cooking I (Portland)

Join executive chef and owner of Portland’s Salt, Fire & Time, Tressa Yellig,  for a weekend of whole foods cooking and feasting! The class will be held at Abby’s Table in SE Portland!

The class includes discussion about the various aspects of whole foods planning and preparation in conjunction with the nutritional foundations taught as part of The Wellspring School’s Wholistic Nutrition program.  You’ll cover menu planning, shopping and preparing whole foods based menus that include various cooking techniques! In one weekend you will prepare various dishes and menus. Public participants are welcome in addition to program students.
